Heritage Communities Welcomes Pryor as VP of Operations

OMAHA, NE — Heritage Communities has announced in a press release John Pryor as its new vice president of operations. He brings extensive experience in technology, operations, and organizational development.
In this role, Pryor focuses on establishing, communicating, and implementing operational policies, practices, and standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all communities.

Pryor joins Heritage Communities with a background in business integration and scaling operations. Most recently, he served as COO at Birkman International, leading a cross-functional digital transformation to enhance scalability and accessibility for customers. Prior to that, the Nebraska native served as president at Diabetes Supply Center of the Midlands, where he gained valuable experience in healthcare operations.
Heritage Communities, based in this Midwest city, manages 17 communities throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas, 15 of which are owned and operated by Heritage, with two being under management contract; one additional Nebraska location is currently in development. The company employs nearly 1,000 associates and cares for more than 1,600 residents.
