LCB Senior Living Announces Executive Promotions

NORWOOD, Mass. — LCB Senior Living has promoted four executives across its operations and sales teams as the company continues to grow across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
The promotions include Karen Foley to senior vice president of operations, Amanda Polzin to vice president of sales, and Sam Jackson and Kimberly Johnson to vice president of operations.
“Karen, Amanda, Sam and Kimberly have each played an important role in strengthening our communities, supporting our teams, and driving operational excellence across the organization,” said Tim DuRoss, co-CEO of LCB Senior Living. “These promotions reflect both their leadership and our confidence in their ability to help guide LCB through its next phase of growth.”
Foley joined LCB in 2017 and most recently served as senior vice president of sales. In her new role, she will oversee operations companywide and help advance LCB’s business objectives, profitability and long-term growth. Her previous work with the company has included sales strategy, occupancy growth and operational performance initiatives.
Polzin, formerly regional vice president of sales, joined LCB in 2016 as a corporate sales specialist. She has held several roles focused on occupancy growth, sales strategy and team performance. In 2022, she received the Mass-ALA Sales and Marketing Excellence Award. As vice president of sales, she will help lead companywide sales strategy and support growth initiatives across LCB communities.
Jackson has been promoted to vice president of operations after serving in several leadership roles since joining LCB in 2015. He began with the company as executive director at The Residence at Salem Woods, where he oversaw day-to-day community operations and resident experience. In his new role, Jackson will provide operational oversight and leadership across LCB’s northern communities.
Johnson has been promoted to vice president of operations from regional vice president of operations. Since joining LCB in 2017, she has overseen community performance, business development initiatives, budgeting and team mentorship. In her expanded role, Johnson will oversee communities across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
