Loma Clara Senior Living Announces Partnership with Sandi Flores Consulting Group

MORGAN HILL, CA–Loma Clara Senior Living, an Integral Senior Living (ISL) community set to open in early 2019, has announced a partnership with the Sandi Flores Consulting Group to help manage the care needs of the premier senior living community.
“We are proud to partner with such a professional and experienced group that focuses on key elements of the care system, including a variety of ways to provide and monitor cutting-edge care,” said Executive Director Tim Batton. “With this partnership, we will be able to train and hold our care associates to the highest standards of care. They will provide detailed training and support materials through in-person education and additional interactive web training to provide ongoing support.”
The Sandi Flores Consulting Group’s philosophy of care is centered on providing residents with assistance in their daily activities while encouraging the highest level of independence possible. The daily focus of the care program is to support a community’s staff, enabling them to successfully deliver safe care that respects the unique care desires and needs of each resident.
Located at 16515 Butterfield Blvd., at the southern tip of Silicon Valley in the San Francisco Bay Area, Loma Clara is a new two-story, 62,000-square-foot community that will consist of 67 resident apartments, 25 of which will be specifically for residents with memory care needs. It will include a mix of studios, one-bedroom units and shared suites. The 42 assisted living apartment homes will be a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
Studio and one- and two-bedroom residences will range from 400 to 1,000 square feet and feature high ceilings and spacious bathrooms and kitchenettes. Among the community’s amenities are spacious common areas, a spa, beauty salon, fitness center, movie theater, game room, computer lab and library.
Loma Clara will also feature ISL’s Vibrant Life® activity program, an innovative approach designed for enhancing residents’ lives with offerings for well-rounded and meaningful experiences, and the Generations Memory Support Program, which focuses on a person-centered culture.
