MorningStar Senior Living Names Ranzan President/Chief Investment Officer

DENVER, CO — MorningStar Senior Living has announced in a press release the return of Jamie Ranzan as its new president/chief investment officer. Ranzan brings 20 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, and operations across multiple property types, including senior living.
Ranzan began her career at Ernst & Young as an auditor; her career also includes KBS Realty Advisors in Newport Beach, California, where she was responsible for a $1.8 billion portfolio, and MBK Senior Living, where she was CFO/VP of corporate finance.
She joined MorningStar as its CFO in 2016, before leaving in 2020 to serve first as president of Solera Senior Living and most recently as CFO for Aegis Senior Living.

Ranzan is also heavily involved in a variety of industry associations, currently serving as Vice Chairperson on the Senior Housing Council Board of the Urban Land Institute.
