Pegasus Senior Living Welcomes Corporate Director of Life Enrichment, Regional VP of Operations, and CA, AZ Executive Directors

Pegasus Senior Living, national operator of independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, is welcoming Lauren Saloom, Pamela Hardesty, Chad Rogers, and Julia Colangelo to the team.
A new role for Pegasus, corporate director of Life Enrichment, Lauren Saloom, will oversee all of the life enrichment directors. The life enrichment directors create and execute monthly activities, events, and socials that bring the residents of Pegasus together, encouraging socialization and camaraderie. Lauren is an industry professional with more than a decade of experience.
As regional vice president of operations, Pamela Hardesty will oversee all of the operations teams in California. Pam is currently finishing her PhD in Human Services – Leadership and looks forward to sharing her skills in her new role. She is passionate about growing teams and mentoring leaders in the senior living industry.
The new executive director of Sterling Court at Roseville in Roseville, Calif., Chad Rogers, will manage the day-to-day operations of the community as well as employee oversight. Chad is a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry with a balanced background in service, sales, and operations, which he is excited to bring to Pegasus.
Julia Colangelo will hold the same responsibilities as executive director of Broadway Mesa Village in Mesa, AZ. She has worked in assisted living for more than 25 years. Julia is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work.
