Terra Bluffs Opens in Colorado, Welcomes First Residents

DENVER, CO — Terra Bluffs, a new senior living community in Parker, Colorado, is now open, having welcomed the first of its assisted-living and memory-care residents.

Terra Bluffs is a scenic, pet-friendly community with nature-inspired décor, a manicured dog park, and walking paths. Also, a movie theater, library, fitness center, and Sky Lounge and Pub are also available for residents and their families to enjoy. The community’s chef-inspired culinary program features restaurant-style dining spaces that overlook the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in this city 25 miles southeast of Denver.

The clinical professionals at Terra Bluffs provide personalized care to each assisted-living and memory-care resident. To ensure residents have convenient access to medical providers, Rocky Vista Health Center physicians and home health care professionals have a dedicated space and regular office hours at Terra Bluffs.

Terra Bluffs is owned by Ellipsis, Invesque, and Health Dimensions Group. HDG provides oversight of the community’s day-to-day operations. Ellipsis is the project developer for the care community, and Invesque is the community’s investment partner.
