Vivie Names Mike Fryar Chief Revenue Officer

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. — Vivie has appointed Mike Fryar as chief revenue officer, a newly created executive position responsible for aligning the organization’s marketing, sales and growth efforts.

Fryar joined Vivie on May 26 and brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, revenue growth and organizational leadership across senior living, health-related consumer services and other multi-channel organizations.

According to the company, Fryar previously held senior marketing and revenue leadership roles with a multi-state senior living organization, where he supported growth strategy across a portfolio of communities.

In his new role, Fryar will oversee revenue growth initiatives across Vivie’s continuum of care. The company said he will initially focus on learning its operations and services while building relationships with employees and communities.

I’m excited to learn from the incredible teams already doing this work every day, build strong relationships across the organization and support Vivie’s continued growth.”

Fryar will be based in Vivie’s Minnetonka, Minn., office.

Vivie provides home health, care management, senior living, rehabilitation, hospice and related care services. The organization employs nearly 2,500 people and serves communities across Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
