Volante Senior Living Expands Leadership and Regional Teams

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Volante Senior Living has announced in a press release additions to its leadership and regional teams. The new appointments include Constance Sablan as vice president of marketing; Matt Perez as vice president of dining; Daryl Elliott as vice president of facilities Management; Pam Hardesty as regional director of operations; and Susan Ritty as regional director of wellness.
Sablan brings more than 25 years of marketing and communications expertise to Volante. Her previous roles include vice president of communications at MUFG and marketing and communications consultant with several senior living providers.
Perez joins Volante with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His previous roles include national director of dining with MBK Senior Living and vice president of hospitality at The Valeo Groupe.
With more than 25 years of experience in facilities management and project oversight, Elliott’s extensive background includes stints with Enlivant and Anthology Senior Living.

Hardesty has been in the senior living industry for more than 13 years, dedicating the last five years to her role as a multi-site regional director of operations. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Leadership and Organizational Management.
Ritty, meanwhile, brings more than 12 years of experience in senior care, specializing in multi-site and regional director roles in wellness across assisted living and dementia care. Her career also includes experience in geri-psych, post-acute care, and clinical education.
