Wellington at Hershey’s Mill Welcomes Director of Community Relations

WEST CHESTER, PA–West Chester-based retirement community Wellington at Hershey’s Mill welcomes Kelly L. Ellis as external director of community relations. Ellis brings a decade of experience in health care, senior living administration, sales and marketing to Benchmark Senior Living’s belief in the power of human connection to transform lives.

“I’m excited to be a part of the Wellington team and look forward to creating experiences with our residents, their families and new prospects,” said Ellis.

In her new role, Ellis will be responsible for targeting referral sources from among various community associations, the medical community and relevant professional societies to create qualified leads and move-ins.

“I’m eager to get started and educate the local market about Benchmark’s unique approach to senior living services,” adds Ellis.

Ellis brings her extensive director-level experience from Bryn Mawr Extended Care Center, Ivy Hill Rehabilitation Center and Genesis HealthCare to add value and lead by example to positively impact the Wellington at Hershey’s Mill community.
