Elancé Luxury Living Hires Three Executive Directors

ROANOKE, VA — Elancé Luxury Living has announced the addition of new executive directors at three of its six senior living communities in Florida and Virginia.
Collin Baranick is now ED at Elancé at Pasadena in Saint Petersburg, Florida, according to the press release. Prior to his near decade as an executive director in senior living, Baranick specialized in high-end luxury living and new development communities.
The new executive director at Elancé at Old Town Alexandria, Kellie Baker, joins having worked in senior living for more than 10 years, with previous roles including executive director, associate executive director, and skilled nursing administrator.
Denise Kircher is the new ED at Elancé at Sarasota in Sarasota, Florida. Kircher has nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare, the past four as an ED.
