Heritage Pointe of Warren Names William Reese Executive Director
October 14, 2026

WARREN, Ind. — Heritage Pointe of Warren, a life plan community offering a continuum of senior living and care services, has named William “Bill” Reese executive director.
Reese brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management, including leadership roles in long-term care, medical practices and hospitals. His career has included positions with nonprofit and for-profit organizations, with a particular emphasis on faith-based nonprofit healthcare.
“I believe to work in healthcare, especially senior living, every employee must have a ‘servant’s heart,'” Reese said. “You need to ask the question, ‘If this was your mother, father, grandmother or grandfather, how would you like them to be treated?'”
“We are very pleased to welcome Bill to Heritage Pointe of Warren,” said Chod Boxell, CEO of Heritage Pointe Communities. “His extensive healthcare experience, commitment to senior living and belief in treating every resident with dignity and respect make him a wonderful addition to our team.”
In his new role, Reese said he plans to emphasize resident care, communication and the overall resident experience, including rehabilitation, nutrition, activities and opportunities for social connection.
“My door is always open to staff, residents and families to discuss issues, problems, to celebrate successes or anything else that is on their mind,” Reese said.
Heritage Pointe of Warren is located on a campus of more than 200 acres in Warren, Ind. The community offers independent living villas, townhomes and apartments, along with assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy and long-term skilled nursing care.
The community is owned and operated by The United Methodist Memorial Home, an Indiana nonprofit organization founded in 1907.
