Integral Senior Living Announces Executive Director of the Year

CARLSBAD, CA — Nathan Condie, senior executive director of The Terraces of Roseville, has been named Executive Director of the Year at Integral Senior Living’s and Solstice Senior Living’s annual leadership conference.

“Nathan’s leadership extends far beyond the walls of The Terraces of Roseville and well into the local community,” said Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living President/CEO Collette Gray in a press release. “Since becoming a senior executive director, Nathan has supported several sister communities and is always willing to step in to share best practices and provide help to his colleagues. Having leaders like Nathan who are selfless and eager to teach others is one of the largest contributing factors to our continued success as a company.”

Condie was recognized for his passion for his community and desire for excellence. He was recently promoted to Area Director of Operations.

Each year, Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living host an internal awards ceremony at their conference to recognize communities and individuals who went above and beyond that year. Fellow nominees for the Executive Director Leadership Award included Katie Cavazos of Heartis Brookfield; Nicole Rodriguez of The Stratford at Beyer Park; Quentin Burnett of Solstice Senior Living at El Cajon; Michael Dean of Sooner Station; Catherine Ratelle of Coastal Heights Senior Living; Margaret Kleinmann of Solstice Senior Living at East Amherst; Roland Gandy of The Palms at La Quinta; Michelle Barnes of Solstice Senior Living at Grand Valley; and Jennifer Lester of Sage Spring Senior Living.
