Legend Senior Living Names Fast and Hobbs VP

WICHITA, KS — Legend Senior Living, which operates nearly 50 residences in six states, has expanded its management team by adding two new Vice President positions at its Wichita headquarters. Jenn Fast has been named VP of People, while Sarah Hobbs, BSN, is the company’s new VP of Clinical Services.
Fast directs all aspects of Legend’s people initiatives and programs while also managing corporate human resources. She comes from Eyecare Partners of Ballwin in Missouri, a privately held M&A-focused healthcare organization, where she has been Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships since October 2020. Her vast experience in human resources includes 18 years at Koch Industries companies.

Hobbs began as Assistant Director of Nursing at the Catholic Care Center in Wichita, Kansas, and since 2013 she has served as, first, Director of Clinical Informatics and Regional Director of MDs and, later, VP of Clinical Transformation/Clinical Services at Ascension Living. In her role at Legend Senior Living, Hobbs provides complete direction, oversight, and leadership of the company’s clinical team, including five regional healthcare directors.
