Pegasus Senior Living Announces Key Leadership Changes to Help Facilitate Continued Growth

GRAPEVINE, TX — Pegasus Senior Living has announced key leadership changes designed to position the organization for continued growth in 2025 and beyond.

Pegasus Chair/CEO Chris Hollister will maintain his role, with a refined focus on revenue growth and new business development, while Rich Williams and Wade Mullis have each been promoted to co-presidents.

Williams will retain his COO position while adding the co-president duties and continuing to oversee operational, clinical, and sales teams. Mullis, meanwhile, now has the title of co-president/chief administrative & investments officer; he continues to lead accounting, financial planning, IT, facilities, risk management, and investment functions.

Additionally, Daniel Leaf has been elevated to senior vice president of business development, shifting his focus from operations, while Brittney Fisher has been bumped up to senior vice president of sales & marketing, now directly overseeing all regional sales teams.

“For Rich and Wade, this is an acknowledgment of the key leadership roles they play at Pegasus,” stated Hollister. “Daniel has led our sales efforts since 2021 and is pivoting to working directly with me on strategic growth initiatives as well as advising on the current sales efforts. Brittney Fisher is an extremely experienced senior living sales professional, and we believe she can successfully drive occupancy well into the mid-90s at each location.

“As we enter 2025, we believe we have a unique opportunity to grow our senior living management business and co-invest with capital partners on new opportunities with one of the most seasoned management teams in the sector,” Hollister added.

Based in this Dallas suburb and founded in 2018, Pegasus Senior Living manages 44 communities in 13 states, comprising approximately 4,700 units, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
