Pugliese Appointed Chief Financial Officer for Masonic Health System / The Overlook

CHARLTON, MA — The Masonic Health System of Massachusetts / The Overlook has announced the appointment of Nicholas “Nick” Pugliese as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he will use his 20+ years of experience in corporate finance and accounting to direct the overall financial, accounting, and payroll practices across all three business entities of the organization.

“I’m excited by the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals at such a pivotal time for the company and their stakeholders,” Pugliese expressed.

Pugliese has previously worked in financial and executive leadership roles at Stellar Health Management, Salter HealthCare, Winchester Hospital, and State Street Bank and Trust Company.

As CFO, he will provide oversight and extensive knowledge of the day-to-day financial operations, as well as focus on critical financial planning, analysis, strategic development, and partnerships related to The Overlook’s Master Planning process.

Pugliese’s long-term goals for The Overlook include identifying opportunities and solutions for stabilizing and repositioning the community post-COVID-19, and advancing The Overlook beyond a singular retirement community to a more robust, mixed-use, multi-generational environment.
